We take reasonable care in handling customer garments. However, our liability for any loss, damage, or staining is limited to the actual value of the garment or the service charge paid for that item, whichever is lower, unless otherwise required by applicable law. We recommend that customers declare high-value or delicate items at the time of booking.
Pickup and delivery services are subject to availability, location, and timing. We will make reasonable efforts to complete scheduled pickups and deliveries on time, but delays caused by traffic, weather, or operational constraints are not always avoidable.
Charges are based on the services requested and the quantity or type of garments. Payment may be required at the time of pickup, on delivery, or by prior arrangement. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until payment is completed.
Orders may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us before pickup is completed. If a pickup has already commenced or the service has been processed, cancellation may be subject to a partial charge depending on the stage of work.
Customers must provide accurate contact details, pickup instructions, and any special care requirements. Failure to do so may affect service quality or delivery timelines.
